"I had water dripping from my kitchen ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. I called Allen Plumbing as they had done a great job installing a water heater for me before. I contacted them around noon and they called me back within the hour advising someone could be at my house in 30 minutes. They arrived right on time.  <br /> A hole had to be cut in the ceiling to figure out where the water was leaking. He figured out where the leak was coming from and caulked around an area to stop it. We discussed the toilet possibly leaking as well and he went ahead and pulled and replaced the seal on the toilet. <br /> He then cleaned all the area where the ceiling had to be cut- vacuumed up all of the pieces and even wiped the kitchen floor.  <br /> My two experiences with this company have been top notch.
