"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
