He didn't upsell me or even charge labor for replacement of a couple small parts, which was unnecessary but appreciated. Juan was even happy to explain things when I asked him (many) questions about how the system works, and he told me about rebates that RG&E offers that were relevant to us. I will absolutely be calling JJB Mechanical again for any HVAC needs."

John isn't the greatest salesman, he didn't come with tons of brochures, etc. like another guy that also gave me an estimate. But he did fully explain the furnace options and what he would have to do and would like to do.
