"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"EXCELLENT! I called the office in the morning requesting the service today. The very gracious and helpful lady on the phone set-up the appointment for the afternoon. They had to shift the arrival time, and called me back to advise of the change. Fabulous service! The technician was caught up on an emergency call, and the short delay in his arrival to my project was AOK. The technician arrived and went straight to his work. I explained that we had just bought the home, and the A/C system was fairly new (by claims of the former owners, and the fact that the system looked newly installed). The technician found that the installers of the system failed to connect the wiring for the heater element control. Hence, the technician was able to diagnose and repair the problem in about 30 minutes! Fantastic work folks! You are our new A/C contractor for all of our properties!"

"They came to the house 30 minutes after calling about a broken air-conditioner. This was about 7:00 in the evening. He was able to find the problem and repair it in approximately an hour. I was very relieved that they could fix it, without replacing the compressor. Great service and very professional. I feel the price was fair for an evening service call. Thank you Jason Daniels.

"The work was done very professionally, good communication and willingness to adjust the punch list. We purchased all materials prior to the service, and this worked out well."

"It went exceptionally well! Marc was able accommodate us within an hour of our call to him.  He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, and  ordered the necessary parts immediately. Once the parts came in the next morning, he phoned to check our availability and was able to  come back and install the parts that very morning. Upon completion, prior to leaving, he ran a test of the system to assure that it was working properly.  Marc was even conscientious enough to clean up the area before he left.  His price on parts and labor were fair within industry standards. We would highly recommend him for his services."

"Installed a 'ULTRA VIOLET LIGHT' above my A/C Filter to kill germs, was done Very Professionally with out creating a mess. Arrived on time and ready to do the work needed to get the job done.Cost was Very Reasonable, cleaned and put all things back where they belonged. when asked questions answered in a way that anyone could understand. Will use him always for any Electrical Work at home or Business."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need
