When Joe called me to inquire about my job I could tell right away he was knowledgeable of his trade, on top of that honest and of good character. We discussed what my issue was and he was able to come over and take a look. Initially what we thought was the issue was something else due to the age of my home and plumbing. He tried very hard to fix the issue but we both soon realized it was more than just a easy fix. We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber. Great guy, great service and definitely a great price. *My husband was very impressed that he answered the phone himself."
