"Of the eight companies who bid, Greenwood did the best assessment of the somewhat quirky situation my old house presented. The estimator came just a few days before the big freeze in January, and they were able to schedule installation within two days. Once the installers were on site, there was some confusion re where various components would go, but a phone call to the company cleared that up within an hour. From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. From then on the system has operated flawlessly and lives up to its reputation."

"Five yrs of living in this house, using a different company each yr for my HVAC annual service and each year no one could reduce the noise from my AC fan in the backyard or better say no one acknowledged that the noise level us just too high. So, we grew accustomed to it over the years and thought of the noise as a negative externality or as the price to pay to have a livable space during those hot summer days. Seatown technician, Brian, took extra time to fix the noise issue and at the end, I still paid the same original price that I was quoted. Also I should mention that Brian was on time and courteous of the property. Unlike other past services, Brian took photos of all the serial numbers and part numbers pertaining to the system I have and send them to me electronically in a PDF format, making it easy to use for future references. I am glad that my five year quest to find a knowledgable company with reasonable service fees has come to an end. "Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"Great. I wanted to replace my oil furnace with a system that does both heating and cooling. They came by, did measurements, and presented some options. I chose the Mitsubishi mini split system because I have a large house and don't need to heat or cool all of it all the time. They installed in a day. Very easy, very boring, I also had them replace the water heater."
