"Everything was done perfectly. Mark responded to my call and quickly got the necessary new pond skimmer. Installation was done very professionally and on a very timely basis. I've been relying on Pond Doctor for several years now and have always had an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them for all pond maintenance needs."

"I was very happy with all the work done and everyone I dealt with was very professional and they know their pond stuff!"

"The job went great. Professional outfit. Willard seems to have a great relationship with the DEQ which makes cleaning up environmental issues go much easier.

"Jim is a solid business owner.  The HOA I run is very small and we have a tight budget.  Jim was more than willing to accomidate our needs at a price that fit our budget.   He's always prompt to return my calls and or emails.    I burned through 2 "Landscape" services in one season because of non shows and billing issues.  Nobody has time for that.  ACE takes care of us as scheduled and bills us accurately.

"I just want to say that the service was great, Brandon is very professional and did a great job, we will be using him in the future for all our landscaping needs.  If you need trees removed I would highly recommend Honey Cove!!!!"

"Highly recommend. These are straightforward, real-deal pros who price fairly to get your work, do it quickly but with thoughtful care, keep you informed throughout the job of any unexpected issues and work with you to resolve them fairly. No surprises, no gimmicks. Just solid old-school work ethic and a quality product. They not only repaved my driveway but protected my trees, improved drainage and added irrigation and lighting capability for future installations. Bravo!"

"I called Waterproofing Inc on a Wednesday and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for Saturday. Steve promptly came at the scheduled time and we reviewed the situation in my basement.   I told him of my goal to have a finished DRY basement.  He looked at my existing pump and drain. He suggested that I could apply (or have applied) plastic sheeting to the walls to help with the seepage problem. However, he doesn't do that type of work. He also asked me what I thought the problem was with the moisture problem. He suggested that he could extend the current waterproofing system along the entire back wall and gave me a written estimate for that work. The reason that I rated him a B and said I would hire him was because I didn't feel confident in his diagnosis of the root cause of the water problem and his proposed solution to address the issue so that my basement could be dry. I am looking for a one stop shop with a solution driven individual who comes in as a problem solver. I just didn't get that from Steve. He didn't even look (or ask to look) outside the house to see how the water comes off the back of the house where the problem is.  I'm guess if I just wanted someone to drill up the concrete and put a drain in, he would be fine because his price was reasonable for that work. But I'm looking for a holistic solution provider who will address all issues with the most effective and efficient techniques to keep my basement dry.  I just wouldn't hire him for that role."

"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

"Sam and Sons sent Edwin out.  He really knew his trade.  He did a thorough inspection of my entire home and provided a priced list of repairs that he suggested, or that I asked for.  A great experience.  Edwin was very good.
