"I can’t say enough about this company, or about Christian, who helped me with what I thought was a simple problem that absolutely wasn’t. He spent 11 hours over three days trying to help me get to the bottom and then resolve a branch clog that wasn’t reaching my main sewer line. And he did this with expertise, compassion, and without ripping up anything in my house. I was also charged an extremely fair price for this intensive work. "I coordinated the work with Mr. Rooter's home office. Unfortunately, they didn't relay to the technician that he needed certain materials to get the job done. This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. Other than that, the water heater gas control valve was successfully installed and I've got hot water again."
