Very disciplined I feel like they took advantage of the situation billed me for moving the washer which I did myself because the supervision that was out here sat in his car for 27 minutes talking on the phone with other clients. He also kept calling my insurance to get approval to remove the mold when I clearly told him I did not want their company to do it. He called several times without my knowledge."
