"The sewer pipe was cracked where it exited the basement wall. Ross and Andy responded quickly to my call. They reviewed the problem and gave me an estimate (costly, but fair) that they held to. They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating."

"I have been using UIC's services for several years now. They have replaced two older furnaces a couple of years ago with new 2-stage Carrier Infinity units. They have performed flawlessly. Last week our third unit, the main furnace, was replaced with the new Carrier Infinity Modulating Air technology as recommended by Paul, our sale representative. Bruce, Jeff & Wes did a fabulous job on removing the old, and installing the new furnace.
