"Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"

"I made one appointment, they came and charged me for two appointments. They sent an apprentice and the master was on the phone the entire time. They found everything perfect but the next day I had to call for emergency services because they disconnected a drain and water came into my house. I think they forgot to connect it because everything was fine the day before. I am left with many charges and they won?t fix that. Not recommended. It seems cheap but then it is very expensive and nasty. "
