"After I got a quote from another plumbing service, Donald came in and offered a less expensive solution that would prevent us from paying for potentially unnecessary equipment replacement. He turned out to be correct which cut the price we would need to pay for the repair in half. He was prompt and very efficient while on site and professional in all of our interactions. "Our experience with The Original Plumber and Brian Payne was excellent. Our main sewer link was leaking in the crawlspace and our 50-year old cast iron pipes were not draining properly. Brian and his assistant were prompt, courteous and kept us informed about what he was discovering and the best way to resolve the plumbing problems. They replaced all cast iron pipes that came out of the foundation and all of the problems were fixed! They also did a great job making sure all the carpet and flooring was protected and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommended!"

"After a pipe burst a couple weeks ago we decided it was high time to replace the defective polyurethane pipe. Justin and crew came highly recommended. They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! They pointed out (this is a rental property now for us and we are not there often) the washing machine hose was old and frail - they took care of that too....love this kind of eye for detail!"

"Did good work but after speaking with some other companies that called me back, they over charged by 50+%. 3850.00 and the tech was done in 3 hours. Over 1000.00 an hour seems insane. It might have been another 100-200 worth of materials. They made it seem like they were doing a lot more work than was actually done/needed. Basically they said you have to replace all the gas lines. So I thought that meant all the lines and the price was pretty fair. They had to replace 1 line for a total of maybe 30ft of pipe and they didnâ t even fix the wall were they cut the drywall to run the pipe. Agains at almost 4000 I figured they would at least do that."

"My Georgia Plumber did an amazing job at helping us get our waterline replaced when it had busted and we were out of water for 1 day. The office staff is amazing as well quick responding and very friendly, they seem to want to take care of their customers in the best timely manner. I would definitely call them again if we are ever in a situation again."
