Within a day, Trend Mechanics looked for new Unit, bought it, installed, and filed extended warranty for up to 10 years with the manufacturer. Parts and labors were also guaranteed up to 1 year. We're happy with the price and the services performed at our home. We would use them again next time. Thanks."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I received a call back quite promptly from my email to schedule a time to do the cleaning. On the appointed date, the team (two men) arrived promptly and got right to work. We have an unusually steep driveway, which turned out to be a problem for them, because the machine they use to force air through the ducts is actually fairly large and heavy. Usually, they can simply roll the truck right into a client's driveway, unload the machine near the house and begin work. But with our house, they couldn't really get their large truck up our driveway, which meant they would have to push the machine up the driveway by hand. That may not sound too bad, but it's a fairly heavy and cumbersome machine. I'll put it this way: it was definitely extra effort for them to do our house.

The entire process took a couple of hours or more, as they were doing both our upstairs and downstairs systems, but they were very professional and thorough. I didn't find any grates loose or missing or with the screws not firmly replaced when they were finished. In addition, one of the men had previously done standard HVAC work, and while working on our downstairs  system, noticed that the box housing holding our air filter was loose and allowing basement air into the filter (instead of just air from the air returns). He alerted me to this problem, and now we have a chance to fix it before the real summer heat comes crashing down on us.

I thought it maybe because of bad communication. Now I seriously doubt how or by what standards angie's list gives out "super service award" to a provider. "The electrician was parked in our driveway at 6:30 am! He was knocking on our door at 6:45. When I answered the door and told him it was only 6:45, he said that his truck said 7:00 and he doesn't go by the customer's time! I think 6:45 is too early for any service man to be knocking on the door. He was not able to fix or repair the door bell but he was able to identify any issues with electrical outlets. He made some negative comments about people from "third world" countries doing electrical work that resulted in him coming out and doing things right. Inappropriate comment."
