The only issue was that their charge was at least twice I am used to paying for that type of service. No parts and technician required 2 hours to complete and the charge was $1,000. If that was mentioned, I wouldn't have responded. The next day, I was texted an invoice for$49, which I will not be paying. They KNOW if they mention $49, people won't use them.
