He immediately recognized the issue and explained it clearly, offering several options for how to deal with it. We chose to replace the unit, and the next day the estimator came out. He was really good as well, giving helpful information and offering several options and prices that would work for us. He was also exactly on time, very friendly and not pushy at all. When the installers came to do the work, again they were exactly on time. Both installers were very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and spent time showing us how to use the new thermostats.
