Arrived on schedule, provided estimated cost for a new A/O Smith 50 gal water heater and took careful measurements in the furnace closet and had to cut the floor tile to accommodate to the slightly larger heater. Excellent service and really appreciated the annual maintenance instructions from Casey. I certainly will be contacting A & W for additional plumbing needs."
