"Initially I was happy with there service.  When they put the water heater in they blocked the drain which flooded my basement.  I had to call him because I couldn't get the drain lid off because they didn't set the water heater back on the twelve inch blocks.  They said that wasn't code and they put it right on top of the drain.  They charged me 200 dollars to reset it. "

Moles are causing drainage and erosion issues and if eliminating them does not work I plan to hire Advanced. I did research on several other drainage companies that gave me estimates and they specialize in drainage They are bonded, and insured against damage to underground utility lines as well as workmen’s injury, etc. They also guarantee their work which many small scale operators don’t. Long story short, if you go, as I often have in the past, with a lower quote…… the final invoice is above the initial estimate (low balled), plus the re-do to get it right, and the risk of damage to an underground cable (cost) will more than offset (exceed) the initial quote from Advanced. The best only costs a ‘dime’ more. Very professional all around."

"We woke up to find about 5 inches of water in our basement after a very bad rain storm at the end of February. After calling several plumbers that day, Greg Bauer was the first to respond. He and his apprentice came out promptly to assess the problem. They were willing to walk and work through the freezing cold water to replace our sump pump. They put in a brand new pump in about an hour. Greg wanted to come back once the water went down to check his work and stabilize the pump. Upon returning, they found the new pump was not working correctly and replaced it with another brand new pump. They even cleaned out the debris and dirt from the hole to make sure nothing would get caught in the pump. Greg was able to educate us on how to run the pump and how to keep it running longer. He did great work and was very timely. I appreciate he checked his work and replaced the original pump with another new one without issues. I would recommend him to others."
