The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "I've worked with Gene and Randee Nelson for the past 3 years. I built a new home in 2008, and since then my AC unit has taken multiple electricity hits (we have bad power in 29 Palms). In August 2012, we lost the condenser, and I filed a claim with my home warranty company, they sent out someone who claimed there was water damage to the unit (even though we live in a new home and there was no sign of water anywhere around), the home warranty company dis-allowed the claim. Gene and Randee jumped in, sent for the warrantied part, and had us up and running again in a matter of days. They also provided proof that there was no water damage to the unit, and I was able to get a partial reimbursement from my home warranty company. For that, I thank them.
Last year, I decided to purchase a Bonaire-Durango swamp cooler, and Nelson's installed it, running water lines and securing it in the window. This was a recommendation by Gene Nelson, and it cut my electricity bill by $200.00 over the summer months. It meant I could shut-down the AC unit, and run the swamp cooler during the 115 degree heat. I would, and do recommend them to friends.
