He gave me an amended bill prior to installation as the height required an additional charge. I was very agreeable to the amount. He arrived on time. Michael assessed the jobs and completed it in a timely manner. Throughout he was courteous and professional. He removed all materials. I was impressed with his willingness to complete the job in the bedroom where he placed all the crystals on the chandelier. I hadn't expected the extra service.
