Acosta was always very professional and the price was equivalent or better than the others. The sales rep let me change my mind a few times and patiently worked with me. I also found out that they have a contractual relationship with Costco. So as a Costco member, I got good discounts and the assurance that they stood behind the work of Acosta. The day of the install they had 2 crews present. There was an initial mix up about equipment, but they were prepared to give me an even better deal if they could not sort out the problem. Turned out to be a non-issue after all. It was a long hot day (August), but they got the work done in the one day. Finally, they handled my Duke and Piedmont rebates directly and set up my inspection with a set day and small time window. I couldn't be happier."

It was determined that our HVAC was in need of being replaced . . and from there we were helped in getting the financing needed and an appointment was quickly set up, our HVAC was installed and we had air conditioning once again. The install was so smooth. Nick and Martine were so professional and courteous and worked hard from the moment they got there to make sure everything was done/installed correctly. They both were very efficient and even vacuumed after the job was done!! The next day I had to call the office to set up an inspection . . and even Rebecca was friendly, courteous and set up the inspection within the next day too. All along the way/throughout the process we received emails and/or texts . . to remind or let us know that someone was on the way and even a picture to help ensure our safety of who to expect. Horne has replaced both of our air conditioning units and both experiences have been great!! I would highly recommend this company anytime. They are quick, professional, courteous, efficient and each time . . a job well done!!"

"The owner Mike made the call. Very professional and knowledgable. This house is new to us and we were quite sure the units had never had any maintenance done on air conditioners. The house was built in 2001. When the upstairs unit stopped cooling we called Accu-Rite. Got the name from our neighbor who had used them and was very pleased. We would use them again especially when we replace units. Would highly recommend. The company doesn't advertise much as the owner wants to build his reputation on quality work for his customers and word of mouth business. He took the time to answer all our questions and never ever tried to sell us more than was necessary or appropriate.
