"My husband I and used Mike M, Peter D, and the Guaranteed Rate team previously with our home purchase and refinance in Orange County, CA. They were great then and actually approached us with a way to refinance and save hundreds per month by doing so. We wouldn’t have known about the refinance opportunity otherwise. We knew we found a great team for all our mortgage needs from that point on. Mike, Peter, and his Guaranteed Rate were the natural choice when my husband and I decided to make a huge move from California to Florida. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, we called Guaranteed Rate. The local real estate agent strongly resisted us going with Guaranteed Rate and insisted we use a local lender she was familiar with. We told her no thanks; we have our team for life. By the end of the deal, the same real estate agent raved about how amazing Guaranteed Rate is and how wonderful they were to work with. This is especially true because 2 days before closing, Hurricane Michael hit closeby our new house. "Matt made the buying/selling experience as seamless as possible.  We received great advice and counseling and always felt like he, as our real estate agent, was looking out for our best interests.  We have worked with Matt before and would not hesitate to use him again.  He is always professional, courteous, respectful of our time, and extremely knowledgeable with the current housing market and trends.  We were in receipt of constant updates as the processes progressed.  We received timely responses, even when there was no news to report.  Matt went above and beyond his real estate duties.  He assisted contractors (to avoid a closing delay and a need to reschedule) by clearing snow in the front yard so utility/water lines could be found.  We never felt like we were unable to reach Matt, and if we had to leave a message, the call was promptly returned.  Matt had the "pleasure" of assisting us with 1) purchasing a bank-owned property and 2) purchasing a for sale by owner property.  Most agents would have passed, but Matt took on the tasks and we received the same level of professionalism and expertise as someone buying/selling a much more expensive property.  We do not expect to be moving again anytime soon, but when we do, we will definitely seek out Matt's services.  In the meantime, we continue to hand out Matt's name to family and friends."

"We were ecststic and nervous when our home sold above list price, within 5 days on the market. In addition to that, the time and attention they gave us leading up to our first day on the market was above and beyond. They strategized with us on how to stage our home so it would show the best.
