"Wow! Thatâ s the best word I can think of to describe Swan Point Pools! We came home one evening to our pump not turning on and the screen being black. The next morning we reached out to the product representative for our equipment directly and they told us they could be out in 3 days. We then called Swan Point and by 10:30 am Darren was at our house! They went above and beyond to solve the issue in a timely manner to help us get our pool back up and running, including locating the broken part and helping us get it overnighted from Georgia and installed within 2 hours of the part arriving in Houston! I cannot say enough great things about our experience. Thank you so much to Jodi and Darren for all the help this week!"
