"VERY overpriced! $750 to replace a water pressure regulator. 1/2 hour of labor at most! Bell Plumbing's price was LUDICROUS! Will NEVER use it again! Only had the job done as I had no water pressure at all! Bell Plumbing is a RIP-OFF! Bell reduced the charge. The installer said a main water line valve was replaced .. it was not. Bell removed that from the original charge and lowered pressure regulator cost to correct amount. Work was done in a timely manner. Would consider Bell again once a refund is received!"

We had been having a problem with a loud whining sound that our upstairs furnace was making, and he was able to explain to me why it was doing that. Although I had thought we were getting a sufficient annual tune-up through our home warranty program, the technician told me that both furnaces were very dirty and had been poorly maintained. He replaced both of the capacitors, did a thorough check of the systems and cleaned everything properly.
