"Our technician, Marco Prieto was excellent. He arrived within the house after I called Reddi Plumbing and immediately assessed the situation and started work. He was efficient and also shown concerned for our situation. He worked until around 9pm getting the water pipe repaired and we so appreciated his work. I have not used Reddi Plumbing before, but I will now use them for all my plumbing needs."

"The three men repaired the leak.  I have not had to have similar work done before, so I don't know how to evaluate the overall quality of the work.  The water leak was solved.  However, there were several things that I did not like about how the workman did the work.  I guess they thought they had me at a weak point, because they did a hard sell to get me to buy a premium plumbing inspection package that they claimed would qualify me for lower price on parts (I do not know whether they did in fact give me the lower price that they promised because the invoice was difficult to read.  To do the bypass of the broken pipe, the workmen had to cut four holes in the drywall.  The holes they cut seemed rougher (and thus more difficult and costly for me to get repaired) than would have been necessary.  One hole needed to be cut in the drywall behind my almost new water heater.  They pressured me into buying a new water heater, saying that it would cost the same to install a new water heater as to putting the existing water heater back after completing the bypass.  I don't think that was actually true.  During the two days that the men were working to bypass the broken pipe, a nice compact pump that I had to inflate my auto tires disappeared from the counter top where I had it stored near my back door.  Also, to test that the bypass had solved the leak, one of the men poured water from a bottle he had been drinking out of into my water line.  That was an unsanitary and I felt disrespectful act.

One of our bathrooms has had on-going toilet clogging issues.  Finally, it wouldn't clear at all with a plunger and my pitiful attempt to snake it failed.  Called Plumbing Masters, as they had 24/7 service and got decent reviews here.  The service tech on emergency call late Sunday night was already working a job and was about an hour drive away, so just waited for the morning.  Got a reasonable show time, and the tech (Michael -- west valley) was very thorough checking all the options for how to approach the clog (from outside clean-out, roof vent, toilet removal).  Unfortunately, the clog was on the far end of the house from our only (apparent) outside clean-out and our roof vent was too small.  Thankfully, we found a clean-out access port in a nearby closet (it's an older home that was renovated/flipped), which saved a lot of drywall cutting or toilet flooding (toilet removal option ... yuck!).  There were several turns to navigate with his snake, but he cleared the line and pulled out a huge rag with the snake.  That was probably there from the renovation (6 years ago!) and explains the prior problems!

I don't know that Plumbing Masters was the cheapest option for this, but I certainly appreciate Michael's time in properly assessing the situation before just diving in.  Happy with his service.

Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house.  Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.

The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating,

The plumbing in an older house can be tricky to work on; this plumber understood the problems and was careful with the old pipes!

The water heater flush was done easily.

With the plumbing inspection Todd pointed out several corroded valves and supply lines (three of my sinks) and a corroded dishwasher hose.  So I had those replaced.  My house was built in 1953, so I am always proactive in having repairs done before the problems cause greater damage.

Then I described a problem I was having that sounded like pipes banging together (following an irrigation cycle) and Todd said that it was a problem with the water pressure, and that I needed a pressure valve.  I had that done and the pipes don?t bang anymore.  I am so pleased to have that problem fixed!

My garbage disposer had recently stopped working so he checked to see if it could be unjammed.  When he removed the disposer it was easy to smell the burned-out motor, so I had him replace it.

And the backflow anti-siphon on one of my irrigation lines was leaking so I had that replaced.

We scheduled all the work for the following Monday and it was all completed in one day.  Todd started a little later than originally planned, but he called to let me know and arrived when he said he would.  All the work was done as planned, and includes a 3-year warranty.

I originally had a problem making contact with the company, but I assumed it was because of the Angie?s special.  It took two months, but was worth the wait.  I am very happy with all the work that was done.

"Adam recognized the problem right away:  My condensation line at the point it joined the down drain under the sink, was clogged.  He cleared and cleaned the line of fungus - even taking the dirty pipe outside to clean. "

FAQs for gas piping projects in Kearny, AZ

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
