"We were happy with all aspects of dealing with this company. Both the people in the office and techs they sent out had great customer service skills, explained everything and accomplished everything they said they would in the time they promised. There was a small accident while taking the duct cleaner in and out of our house, a tile on our front step got chipped. The techs showed it to me and the put me in immediate contact with office to resolve the issue. They promptly got a licensed contractor out to replace the tile and took care of everything. I would use them again or recommend to anyone, fair prices, professional employees and good customer service.

"The BEST company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My central a/c unit was not working and I decided to install a split unit in place of the central unit. Dustin came to my residence to do a survey. While there, he completed the estimate for installation of the split unit. He also did a thorough check of my inoperable central unit and determined the problem. He gave me a repair estimate that was 50% lower than two other estimates from other a/c companies. In addition, Dustin coordinated with a provider to ship the needed part (coil unit) the next day!! We had been without a/c for almost two weeks in the sweltering FL heat! What two other companies failed to repair/resolve, Dustin did! My family and I are greatly indebted to Dustin and his company for a superb job and customer service relationship. "From the start I was impressed by this company. I needed my ducts cleaned within a certain time frame and Chris was able to fit me in on short notice. He was punctual and professional and showed me his insurance and credentials before the work began. I needed more ducts cleaned than the deal and I was made aware of the price difference. I have a cancer patient in home and the products they use were safe and Eco friendly. Chris stayed late into the evening moving and replacing furniture to service the ducts. Each vent was repainted and no mess remained. We had custom frames made and one years worth of pads that were hand delivered. We choose to install the frames our selves and when we had trouble installing Chris was great about coming out and helping. One of the best experiences I've had! I will have a long term relationship with this company and recommend them to anyone."

"As for details......before I called this company, I read previous reviews, as well as the wonderful service others were given by Darnell, who is a major factor in this company as well as who preforms the work. When he came by, I told him that he must "walk on water" due to the rave reviews. I was also very impressed by Stacy, who is the person answering the company calls. Previous calls to other companies, I was met with a "hello," rather than a name of a company which made me continue to search for a provider. Stacy was delightful, efficient and advised Darnell to call. Darnell came out, got into the attic and told me what needed to be done regarding removal and replacing the ductwork. I've been having sinus issues and knew it had to be due to all the attic air escaping into the home. Darnell also made sure to include the "Angie's List" discount. The man DOES walk on water with his professionalism, kindness and making sure the job gets done and done right. I can only remember the name of his newest employee, Donovan and apologize to the other two who were on the job. Each tech was wonderful, efficient and made sure they cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Now that the ducts have been replaced and the insulation has been added, our home is much colder and dryer. I am sure the FPL bill will drop next month.
I could go on raving about Stacy, Darnell, et al but it would look as if I was a paid spokesperson for this company....LOL and I am not---just a very happy customer. If anyone needs to have ductwork or insulation, please make sure Go-Green is on your must call list."

"I found this company had high ratings so we contacted them for an estimate to replace our non-function air conditioner. They were the cheapest estimate out of three others we got. The installation went great and was completed in less than four hours. I love our new thermostat that they installed because I can use it with my Iphone which helps while my wife and I are at work. Overall, very please with the service we recieved from this company. I will use them again in the future."

"The folks at Allstate Cooling were excellent! They came out right away to look at our AC ducts in our tight attic. Gave us a competitive quote with pictures and diagrams. After we notified them that we wanted them to do the work they were able to schedule us within a reasonable amount of time. My only issue was some minor communication issues on timing to do the work, as we have children and would need to make sure someone was home to receive them. However, they were always responsive to any questions or concerns and they sent two of their best who came out and did an amazing job for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.
