So I am turning to the almighty review as my only recourse. We hired Harris to install a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The estimate process was great and I was talked into a "Happy Home Membership". I was told it was $100 a year, but when I received the invoice, it was $119. Okay, not a big deal. But I did have to ask twice for the invoice. On the morning of installation day, I took our dog to day camp early and rushed home. Start time was 9am. No one arrived or called. At 10am I called the main number. I was told it appeared our tech was "just getting his day started". Really??? I was put through to dispatch for an ETA. No one answered. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
