We are a Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC) We install water features primarily throughout the northeast Ohioo area and others areas of Ohio and western Pa on occasion. Landscape Professionals has been in business since 1981. We do not sub contract any of our projects out to other contractors but we do work for other contractors on occasion as sub contractors to those specific companies. Landscape Professionals has had displays at every Home & Garden Show at both the IX center as well as the Great Lakes Exposition Center when that facility was in business for the past 6 years. Currently we are a smaller company having less then 5 employees and have no intentions of increasing our size that might effect the exceptional customer service we have been able to maintain throughout our existence as a company. Besides cash or check, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our normal procedure for contracts involving installations is 50% down within 10 days of schedule start of per contract and the balance is payable upon completion of work.
"He's very prompt in returning calls. He's courteous, personable, professional and trustworthy. He's a really nice man who does good work. And, I definitely would hire him again."

Mountainview Contracting currently has 4 employees and is based out of Mentor, Ohio. We are currently running a fall discount. Please contact for further details. Thanks!
"They were trying to pour concrete in 90 degree weather, and it was drying faster than they could finish it. 1/3 of the concrete turnaround had no finish. The Mountainview owner wanted to tear out part of the concrete and redo it, but all of it needed to be torn out due to poor quality. I refused to allow them to do the other 1/2 of the job (which was to replace the gravel driveway with concrete). The concrete had unevenness, the finish was poor, and there were holes in the concrete at the ends of the joints, so water could get in. They splattered concrete on part of the walkway next to the turnaround. They left two 2-foot high piles of concrete at the end of the driveway because the cement truck ran out of water."

"I 100% recommend using these guys. The most professional flooring company I’ve encountered. A local family owned business that brings integrity to life. Steve was very kind and knowledgeable, which made us feel confident and comfortable. Every step was made simple. We threw a curveball at them and they still finished it all in one day. Excellent crew, highly organized, highly skilled, hard working. We are very grateful to the whole team. They took care of business. Everything was perfectly communicated and executed, at a generously fair cost. Rich was exceptional. Very kind. Very efficient. We couldn’t have asked for better service or people. Highly..highly satisfied. Nicely done guys."

There are several reasons why you might need to remove an oil tank. In some areas, local regulations require tanks to be removed after a certain period. Leaking tanks can pose hazards to drinking water and the environment. Plus, many municipalities won't allow property sales until an inspection confirms the oil tank is safe.
One option for disposing of an oil tank is to have your removal pro take it to a dismantling yard or salvage yard for recycling. If a salvage yard isn’t an option, you can contact a local landfill or a local oil tank removal service for help finding a proper disposal location for your tank. Typically, you’ll need to show there’s no sludge or residue in the tank.
A leaking oil tank reveals itself through increased energy bills and a noticeable oily sheen on water surfaces, which signals a malfunction. You may also experience strong oil odors and observe stained grass and deteriorating vegetation near your property. These clear warning signs demand immediate professional evaluation to protect the environment and secure your property’s safety.
Yes, states mandate soil testing during oil tank removal to detect hazardous pollutants that harm the environment. This testing confirms that no soil contamination exists. Certified specialists collect soil samples to meet regulatory requirements and ensure property safety. Conducting these tests protects water quality and the structure’s integrity while immediately triggering any necessary remediation measures.
