Get matched with top water or fuel tank remove pros in Atlanta, GA

"Last year (2021), I hired Casteel to upgrade my HVAC system, tankless water heater, update the pipes in my basement, install a pump for washing machine and bring my electricity. I have a brink home the was built in 1955 and had not had any major repairs since 1985. Everyone I spoke to during the process of consulting and repair was professional, kind and courteous. They always kept an open line of communication and were willing to adjust their schedule according to emergency circumstances that happened in my family. From the products they used to the quality of the workmanship, I am still very pleased with outcome. They respected not only my time but my property too. I will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta, GA area."

"Job was done, they replaced the boiler"

"The technician Raymond accessed the situation and gave me the option of replacing the handle or having a new faucet installed which would have cost more money. He set the expectations for each option."

"These guys were excellent. They came out on Christmas Eve and installed a hot water heater plus piping modification. The guys were very professional and had a great attitude. Thanks Plumbing for Less!!! Sorry for taking so long to post this review. However, i can say that 12 months after install my hot water heater is working great and I'm still very happy with your service."

"They were super professional with keeping us informed about what was happening with our septic tank. The price was as quoted. They were very timely and friendly! We are only going to use them for our septic tank system needs! Thank you again!"

"They did a great job. Came right on time to remove the faucet and returned as scheduled to reinstall. Very pleasant and professional. I'd use them again."

"Casey and Brian showed up on time and reviewed gutter near the area where water is running into basement via the wall. Checked condition of gutter and checked to see if water flowed freely down the spout. And they checked area on roof around the gutter which included the chimney. After careful and thorough examination, they determined that gutter is not the issue but rather chimney in the area needs repairs instead to replace the rotten wood."

"Mr Pete was the first plumber to call me for my online repair request on Home Advisor and came out to my home within 30 minutes. He is so professional that he has everything including parts in his van that I didn’t go out to purchase the pressure tank replacement. He fixed the leak problem in my toilet and replaced the tank in a short time and he cleaned everything before leaving. His service charge was reasonable. He is knowledgeable and a nice person and will strongly recommend him for an excellent plumbing job. Thanks Pete."

"They quoted us a price of $4000.

The toilet in the basement was stopping up so the guy comes out and he puts the snake down there and he cracks the toilet, so he says oh you need a new toilet. So we go out the Friday, it was black Friday and take out the toilet, he replaced the toilet, the toilet still stopped up. Well he's like you need $300 for us to check the camera outside. Come back in he says you need a new line to the sewer so it's gonna cost you $4000. We we're like stop the madness your done.

So all said I have no trust in Snappy.

They show up. They're here in their uniforms in their truck.

I talked to the manager, he'd offer no concessions for the water damage and my husband talked to them about the snake line, oh we would have corrected it, so why do you chunk up my yard?
