I thought I was a perfectionist!  His specialty seems to be how he cuts tiles --- complex corners, holes, smooth edges and angles are not a problem.  His finished product is a show piece and I wouldn't hesitate to show his work to anyone.   I used the shower this morning for the first time and all the water flowed directly to the linear drain.  No water puddling occured anywhere -- not on the floor, not on the granite seat or shelves.  When we re-tile the downstairs bathroom and shower, I know who I'll call  ----   without hesitation.
