"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"The septic tank was pumped satisfactorily. The problem we had was that our gate and latching mechanism were damage by his employee doing the work. We were told that the gate was damaged. We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause. "After getting a $15,000 quote from Thompson to do the job, their quote was $2,500 for poly or $3,500 for copper. We went with the poly since it meant one long run from the meter to the house. Copper would have meant having to dig up more yard, and several solder joints along the way. They have a great process where the only dig at the meter and at the house. I watched them do it and it was pretty cool. They have an attachment that they use that slices through the old line while guiding the new line through it underground. No digging a 200 foot trench through my yard. They kept my yard clean, even going so far as to put the top layer of grass back so it hardly looked like anything had been done.
