"The team at MGR was the fastest on Angies list to respond, their diagnosis helped me quickly get a water restoration team out to my house to dry up the area / remove bad flooring, and they had the plumbing fixed and rerouted within 24 hours. Damien was super responsive despite multiple other critical projects he was working on, and i was extremely impressed with their work. I recommend without reservation!"

"Excellent job performance, located a gas leak on the stove of the efficiency and they repaired it. Installed new stove in the house. Located a water leak from the bathroom sink and replaced the damaged part. Installed new toilet. Arrived on the time promised, left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend this business. Price was very reasonable."

"He listens and tries to accommodate, offering suggestions if desired. I understand they also do home improvements, so I will be calling him again. Has a crew, but I don't know if they're all employees or some subcontractors (only hired for landscaping). The quickness and completeness of the job was unexpected and appreciated."

"After reading most of the 400+ reviews of this company I knew that Champion Concrete would be the only company I would let re-design my driveway. Any company can do a driveway but Jamie Basilio (owner) and Champion Concrete do more that. He actually engages into the design process that you desire and because of his experience will take it to another level which leaves you in awe. His compassion for excellence and service to his clients far exceeds all the others. His honesty and unmatched professionalism is refreshing in a time in where such qualities are rare in a contractor. I reached out to Jamie a couple of months back for an estimate and waited a while for it with the understanding that there must a high demand for this company. Meanwhile I took on other major projects in the house like a remodeling a kitchen, bath, electrical, painting etc. I was determined that no other company would touch my driveway because it has to be perfect. Well one day Jamie called and the plans began. Elated! Initially I told Jamie “ I WANT A DRIVEWAY THAT WILL OFFEND MY NEIGHBORS BUT ALSO INSPIRE THEM”. We laughed and Jamie understood the level of curb appeal that I was looking for. He was committed to the project from the design, the protracted permitting process(City dragging their feet), onto the completion. From beginning to end. Involved, communicating and dedicated to the project. My Stonehurst Sierra paver driveway is phenomenal. I am completely satisfied and glad that I waited for this beautiful driveway. I can not find a flaw with this driveway. It is perfect. The level, the run-off, the design, the quality and the craftsmanship is impeccable. This is coming from a mild/moderate and functional OCD. I highly recommend Champion Concrete of Doral Florida."

"This is the 2nd time I've used them and the service is always great. They are responsive (returned my call quickly), show up when they say they will, perform quality work, and are friendly and efficient. John was at the condo today to repair a toilet that was not installed properly by my contractor. It was leaking waste water by the base of the toilet onto the floor (super gross). John was able to replace the old flange (it was lower than my floor tile which was why the toilet wasn't installed properly to begin with). He put the new flange in and made it higher than the floor so the toilet could drain properly. Very appreciative for the great work! Hopefully I don't need a plumber anytime soon but if I do, I'll be calling these guys again."

FAQs for water or fuel tank remove projects in Miami, FL

There are several reasons why you might need to remove an oil tank. In some areas, local regulations require tanks to be removed after a certain period. Leaking tanks can pose hazards to drinking water and the environment. Plus, many municipalities won't allow property sales until an inspection confirms the oil tank is safe.

One option for disposing of an oil tank is to have your removal pro take it to a dismantling yard or salvage yard for recycling. If a salvage yard isn’t an option, you can contact a local landfill or a local oil tank removal service for help finding a proper disposal location for your tank. Typically, you’ll need to show there’s no sludge or residue in the tank.

A leaking oil tank reveals itself through increased energy bills and a noticeable oily sheen on water surfaces, which signals a malfunction. You may also experience strong oil odors and observe stained grass and deteriorating vegetation near your property. These clear warning signs demand immediate professional evaluation to protect the environment and secure your property’s safety.

Yes, states mandate soil testing during oil tank removal to detect hazardous pollutants that harm the environment. This testing confirms that no soil contamination exists. Certified specialists collect soil samples to meet regulatory requirements and ensure property safety. Conducting these tests protects water quality and the structure’s integrity while immediately triggering any necessary remediation measures.
