"Eddie, the technician, arrived on time and assessed the job. After we agreed on a very reasonable price for a new water heater, Eddie did the job that same day. He was very knowledgeable and did superior work. I would definitely call them again for plumbing work."

"I had a blockage in my main drain which was causing waste (poop!) to backup into a shower. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they dispatched a service technician within 2-3 hours. Michael, the tech, arrived and evaluated the situation. He used an electric drain auger to try to clear the blockage but the auger was not robust enough to do the job. He called another technician, Matt, and even though Matt had already clocked out for the day, he came over to give Michael a hand. Matt had a better electric auger and like Michael earlier, dragged the auger onto the rooftop to access a plumbing vent in order to try to clear the blockage. They were able to send the auger down the entire length of the drain and clear out scale deposits that were the main cause of the blockage. They then used a camera and examined the entire drain all the way to the septic tank to ensure the line was completely clear. These guys were here for about 3-4 hours until around 8:00 PM and they persevered to ensure my drainage issue was resolved before they left. And to top it off, Michael cleaned/disinfected the nastiness from the shower and the toilet and he also cleaned/disinfected every doorknob they touched in the process of the repair. I cannot recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers strongly enough. This is the third time I have used their services over the last 4 years and I could not be happier with the quality of service and professionalism of the staff and technicians. If you have a plumbing or septic issue call Tampa Bay Plumbers! You will not be disappointed!"

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. "Southern Water And Soil came out to my property and did an inspection on my septic tank and drainfield. They were prompt and professional and took the time to help me understand my system better and how to maintain it for longevity. They gave me an all system clear status, with my drainfield in working order and my tank looking good. I appreciate the extra time they took on educating me on my system, most companies are in a hurry and don't take that time. They also showed me where my tank was located, and where exactly the drainfield was located. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

He took the time to explain how he proposed to resolve our irrigation issues, resulting in relandscaping the back of our house so that the water would run down and around the house and pool area. His price was reasonable and competitive with others. His team was efficient with attention to detail. And of course the most important thing is that now when we get the Florida summer rains, the water is no longer seeping into our pool area but redirecting around our house as was the plan."

"Initially, I hired Cary to come to an interior clean out and haul the junk away, which he did promptly; filling one entire trailer full, including old carpet which he took care of pulling up as well. I then called him again to come help with exterior cleanup, including cutting some oak trees and hauling away another load of debris. Although he had to reschedule on this job, it was not an issue, and he was courteous about it. I would not hesitate to call on him again, and most likely will soon!"
