Because we live out of their area, we pay a trip charge, but it is worth it because they are quite reasonable compared to other plumbers we have hired near us here in Thornton. Jonathon came out on Friday and did the work described above. We had had the hot water stem replaced 3 years ago by another plumbing company, so I thought it was the cold water stem, so he only replaced the cold water stem. Sunday, the bathtub faucet started to leak again. I called on Monday at 8:09 am and I got a call back an hour later. Jonathon came Monday around 12 pm and replaced both stems in the tub faucet for free and did not charge a trip charge. We are grateful it is fixed and that we got prompt and excellent service. I recommend them."

I am extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, because you can pay for water leaks now (by repairing them) or you can pay for them later (while they are "leaking" money from your wallet).
