"We have used this plumbing company several times to repair or replace leaky faucets. Because we live out of their area, we pay a trip charge, but it is worth it because they are quite reasonable compared to other plumbers we have hired near us here in Thornton. Jonathon came out on Friday and did the work described above. We had had the hot water stem replaced 3 years ago by another plumbing company, so I thought it was the cold water stem, so he only replaced the cold water stem. Sunday, the bathtub faucet started to leak again. I called on Monday at 8:09 am and I got a call back an hour later. Jonathon came Monday around 12 pm and replaced both stems in the tub faucet for free and did not charge a trip charge. We are grateful it is fixed and that we got prompt and excellent service. I recommend them."

"The service technician, Chad, was punctual, professional, and efficient. After diagnosing the source of the sprinkler line leak, and discovering there were a couple more leaks nearby, he kept me updated on the issues and his recommended repairs. The extensiveness of the leak was larger than I expected, but I really appreciated Chad's thorough review of the whole area to identify every leak while he had the area uncovered. I am extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, because you can pay for water leaks now (by repairing them) or you can pay for them later (while they are "leaking" money from your wallet). I will be using Time Plumbing again and requesting Chad and have already passed his information on to my friends."

"As a first time home buyer I had no idea what kind of issues I would be getting myself into. Within the first 4 months my furnace (15 years old) died. I got a few quotes from companies on home advisor and was particularly impressed with Aaron. His attention to detail as well as service is one of the best I have seen. While replacing my furnace he also identified a leak with one of the pipes to the AC. He fixed the issue and reinsulated the pipes flawlessly. Lastly, before leaving he helped me to install a new google nest thermostat. I definitely recommend Vertical Heating and Cooling."

FAQs for water or fuel tank remove projects in Denver, CO

There are several reasons why you might need to remove an oil tank. In some areas, local regulations require tanks to be removed after a certain period. Leaking tanks can pose hazards to drinking water and the environment. Plus, many municipalities won't allow property sales until an inspection confirms the oil tank is safe.

One option for disposing of an oil tank is to have your removal pro take it to a dismantling yard or salvage yard for recycling. If a salvage yard isn’t an option, you can contact a local landfill or a local oil tank removal service for help finding a proper disposal location for your tank. Typically, you’ll need to show there’s no sludge or residue in the tank.

A leaking oil tank reveals itself through increased energy bills and a noticeable oily sheen on water surfaces, which signals a malfunction. You may also experience strong oil odors and observe stained grass and deteriorating vegetation near your property. These clear warning signs demand immediate professional evaluation to protect the environment and secure your property’s safety.

Yes, states mandate soil testing during oil tank removal to detect hazardous pollutants that harm the environment. This testing confirms that no soil contamination exists. Certified specialists collect soil samples to meet regulatory requirements and ensure property safety. Conducting these tests protects water quality and the structure’s integrity while immediately triggering any necessary remediation measures.
