Only problem was after they installed the new valve I couldn't get the heat to turn off so I had to switch the breaker to get the furnace to turn off. When they came back to check the problem, the tech who replaced the bad part forgot to remove the device that prevents the furnace from talking to the thermostat. Now my furnace and thermostat talk to each other."

"I wanted to pass on my experience with Evergreen who went the extra mile after my Mitsubishi slim AC started leaking water before the hot summer months. I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount. "It went great! John, the original staff person, evaluated the furnace, explained what was needed and worked with me to select a good replacement. He did not pressure me to purchase a new furnace. A follow-up appointment for a second opinion validated that a new furnace would be best and within a few days (warm weather--not a problem) the furnace was installed with a better option for my electronic filter system. No muss, no fuss, as they say. I am delighted to have this new furnace."

After the work was finished and before the crew left, the son of the owner came out and inspected the work and made sure the crew performed the work up to SOS Crawl Space Insulation high standards. 9 months after the work was finished, we had a water leak into the work they had done. "One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."
