"What a great crew! They really helped us after Hurricane Ian! We had a national brand who had done some initial clean up for us but who couldn’t do the mold remediation work. When THIS team engaged, they also identified things the initial vendor didn’t do correctly or should’ve done differently, and they resolved those problems … including discovering mold BEHIND our shower because it was originally tiled over drywall vs cement board!! We wouldn’t have found that until it rotted out. They crew was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We gave them our keys to come and go as they needed. We felt they treated our home with care and they did a really good job. The house is dry, mold-free, mildew-free, no smells, all the studs were treated, and we are now ready to drywall and put in flooring. Thank you to this amazing crew! "             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

The warranty did not end up covering the particular damage so I ended up doing that myself later on. They came out to do an estimate and look at it for us, but we did not actually end up using them. We did not pay for it, it was part of the closing costs. Because the work we needed wasn't covered, we did not find this service particularly useful. When I had to talk to them, I think it was three or four times that week, they were always very professional and responsive, but they just did not happen to cover the particular thing that happened to us so for that reason we would not go with them again. It was like a one-year thing that was included by the seller when they sold the house. I mean we were happy to have it but I don't think we would go out on our own and buy it.
