"HORRIBLE!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE ONSITE SANITATION!! This is the worst company I have ever had to experience. The driver left the can in the middle of my driveway over and over I asked for 9 weeks to please sit it back where they got it or at least to the side because I didn't know it was there and I scratched down my truck a horrible scratch after 9 weeks of no resolution finally I reached out to the owner and his wife he never responded but she did and I asked her to call me but the same lady in the office I had dealt with called instead and one week later the owners wife Sabrina vestal messaged me again and said she didn't have time to call me because I upset that they don't put the can where I want it put I responded and told her no that's not y I'm upset im upset because my truck is damaged and for 9 weeks I have been treated like i don't matter and my requests completely ignored so what did Sabrina vestal do?? She had them pick up my can even though I've already paid and no refund!!! Do not use this company they are horrible and scammers!!"
