JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. "Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."

"Matt, the owner, was on time, worked with precision and assisted in colors. He explained to us his techniques, as well as, why they would work. He was prompt and wanted to make sure we where satisfied with his work. He placed drop cloths all over the areas he was working and cleaned the areas when he was finished. I never knew someone was working in my house. He fixed settlement cracks in our foyer and bathroom, to the point, that you would never know there where settlement cracks. We installed a new kitchen and he helped color coordinate to compliment the new cabinets and backsplash. My husband is a perfectionist in everything he does and was constantly complementing Matt with his work. We will bring Matt back for other painting jobs, as well as, highly refer him to friends and family."
