I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "I discovered the leak the afternoon before the city closed down for the impending icestorm of 2017. They were not sending anyone out over the weekend due to the storm, but made room in their schedule for someone to come out on Monday and perform the test. The test revealed a leak; they replaced the primary line, and when they tested again, discovered that every gas pipe under the house leaked, the gas lines were not up to code, and had to reline the whole house. While the problem was not solved overnight, the G-Force Team communicated well, was thorough, and I am satisfied with the work. A side note, I had smelled gas in my kitchen for quite a while; this resolved that as well. There is no telling how long this had been going on...."
