The technician was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time (David). He also had a more junior team member with him (Domenic) who was very respectful as well. "They came out to do my gutters. Unfortunately, by the time they got here the gutters were frozen. They tried to come back a week or so ago and the gutters were still frozen. They are going to come back later but, so far so good. They were able to do the front gutters because those had got the sun. The rear of the house is shady side and so they were still frozen. I gave them a B because it took them longer to get here. I think they positioned themselves that they had to deal with frozen stuff, that's probably because they were busy. They will take of me and so, I am fine. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they would be here."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
