"I requested plumbing service on Sat morning, recieved a call about 9:00 to set an appointment for that same date. He arrived on time at noon to fix a leaking water pipe to the toilet. He replaced the valve and was done in half hour and gone. When I checked the valve a couple hrs later, it was still leaking. I called him and he came back immediately and replaced the leaking pipe.
