"I actually had trouble getting ahold of anyone in the area to do this job EXCEPT for Elzinga Masonry. Dwayne was extremely responsive, if I wasn't able to get ahold of him immediately he always called me back in a very reasonable amount of time. He came out and looked over the job and gave me a rough quote on the spot. He gave me an official quote the next day and had his guys out here working a few days later. They were extremely punctual arrived at exactly 8am and his guys were already working on the house before I got outside to greet them. They did a nice job and got it done quickly and for EXACTLY what I had been quoted. Dwayne even noticed I didn't have a doorsill under my newly installed back door and offered to come back that weekend to install one if I wanted. I took him up on the offer and that Saturday he was there bright and early again with a piece of limestone for the doorsill and had it installed in under 20 minutes. I was very weary of hiring a contractor for a job I really knew nothing about but as far as I can tell they did a good job at a fair price, exactly what they quoted me for and even got all the correct permits without me asking. It really made me feel comfortable working with Elzinga since they didn't require any kind of deposit or payment upfront. I would definitely recommend them again."
