I had the other company come out 6-7 times and i was told its just the brand of door and it was normal but I knew it was not normal to make that much noise. I called Thunder Mountain they came out the next day, the door guy was so polite and they adjusted the rails, springs and lubed the door and now its so quiet and smooth. I tell everyone I can about these guys."

Jon wasn't happy with how it came out initially, and determined that re-sealing the whole driveway to get the colors to match was the only way to do it properly, so he did so w/o any additional charge. He also showed humility in that he didn't mention that he'd be doing at his cost. Glad to see Jon has such good reviews on here."

"The installers did a great job installing both the windows and doors. Very clean and professional installation. The only negative would be a miscommunication on window function. We initially looked at a Pella vinyl window that had a night latch which we liked. These were west and south facing windows so we wanted to go with something more durable and decided on Pella fiberglass windows. When we asked if the fiberglass model had all the same features, we were told by TVE yes. However, these particular windows apparently don't come with a night latch. The double hungs were also somewhat difficult to close both upper and lower windows. TVE called the Pella rep and asked them to set up a review with us to check function and to see if anything could be done to add a night latch. I very much appreciated TVE's proactive approach on this relatively minor issue."

"We hired Jones Building to install a door leading from our kitchen into the garage. We were initially impressed by Trevor’s upbeat personality and by his knowledge and courtesy. The walls are not plumb in this old house but Trevor and Seth were able to make it work, getting the door to fit tight into the opening and sealing the leaks. We also had them do a new install of a storm door. We had some miscommunication and got a door that won’t work for us. Trevor was very helpful getting an exchange on the first door and making time to come out to remove it and install a second door that will work better for us. His attitude has been cheerful and professional throughout our project. They were careful and respectful in our home. They cleaned up along the way and when they were through with the job."
