They installed handles to our kitchen cabinets, installed a range vent, a toilet bowel and medicine cabinet within 3 1/2 hours. Not only that, they cleaned up and discarded the old items. I contacted Mark after reading some reviews on angie's list just to see if there was any thing that he might be able to do that was better than the typical lenders. He was very positive from the beginning, but also very realistic and upfront. He was able to get me a good rate, much better than i was expecting with good closing costs and through FHA. There were difficulties along the way with the FHA and my insurance company wich made for some bumps in the road. But Mark and Judy were right there and worked through it making adjustments as necessary and keeping me up to date on the process. I would recommend them to others anytime. It took a while to get to closing, but we got there and with a good rate and a relatively smooth process. Many thanks to Mark and Judy, not every broker would put this much time into a relatively small mortgage.

"The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."
