"Fast Water Heater did not install a drip pan and did not extend the pressure release valve line to the outside. Now they will not take my calls. "

"I called Marr's for an estimate for a new furnace/ac. Kyle came out and instantly impressed us with his expertise, thoroughness and friendly demeanor. He explained, in detail, the equipment we would need to have installed to maximize the comfort of our home. Well, we awarded the contract to Marr's. It was a large purchase for us and we were concerned about the quality of the job we would get...well those concerns were squelched almost immediately when Jacob and Wyatt showed up, on time, and well prepared to do the job. They were polite and respectful of our home. They are true professionals and performed the work to completion and to our complete satisfaction. Jacob took the time to go over the operation of the new programmable thermostat for the heating and cooling units. They left the work area in better condition than when they first arrived and the installed equipment looked great! I would recommend Marr's to anyone in a heart beat. Great job guys!!"

"I bought a furnace from them which came with my first service free, they failed to show up at my 6 mo and didn't check in until year 2 where I showed up in their marketing system to try to get me to re-activate and buy into a service plan. Then when I did have an issue, I called because my furnace is still under warranty. They come out to tell me what I told them, my thermostat is dead and needs replacing. Did they bring the part? Nope, and that still cost me $160. On top of that they said it would be a second service fee plus labor to bring the part back the next day and install. Then they thought they could get cute. Since I was going to be out about $350 bucks for a warranty replacement they said I could sign up for a service plan today to save $10-20 because they would just count this as 2 of my 3 service visits. Since I wasn't able to be there, as I'm taking my fiancee to the doctor to get diagnosed with cancer the service member gladly took the cc# from my son and automatically enrolled me because he was doing me a favor."

"We hired Barron Heating because years ago they were a good company and did good work for us. This time however, I have to say they are the worst contractor we have hired in 45 years of home ownership. The salesman told us they could fit an upgraded furnace in our existing space. They were not able to fit it where they said they could, and it obstructed the laundry room doorway so badly that the washer and dryer would not fit through the doorway without removing the furnace again. For the next six months, they stalled, made excuses, and lied (in writing) about coming back to do the job properly. At that point, we hired a lawyer and notified them of our intent to sue for breach of contract, including failure to have the required state inspection performed. Only after being faced with the choice of going to court or fulfilling their contract did they take any tangible action to properly reinstall the furnace. Unless you don’t mind the possibility of 17 months plus the additional cost of a lawyer and process server to get a simple furnace installed and legally inspected, learn from our mistake - hire a different contractor."
