"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"My freezer started spraying water out of the back of the water line the night before I went on vacation. When I tried to fix the water line myself, it stopped making ice and kept spraying water. So I turned off the water and left for a week. When I got back on Saturday evening, I called On-Call Maintenance and we scheduled a service call for Sunday morning. He was quick to figure out what the problem was (a broken valve inside the freezer), had to go to Lowe's to get a part, and was quick to get it put together again. He explained what he did while we waited for the ice thingy to fill up. The price was good and the Sunday appointment was a life saver, since it's hard to take off work to meet a repair person."

"My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"I cannot speak highly enough of David and his team. When I got a moderately high radon reading on the home I was selling, I had to take care of it quickly so that my closing could go through. David worked me into his schedule and came to my home the day I called. He was delightful, did a thorough inspection, and gave me an estimate. I subsequently got an estimate from another vender, and it was $1,000 more! Not only that, but David had figured out a way to perform the remediation without installing unsightly pipes either on the inside or outside of the house. This involved him working in a very shallow attic space to run the pipes up through the heating ducts, but he was happy to go the extra mile. On the day of the work, David and his wonderful assistant Ryan arrived on time, and spent the better part of a day installing the system. They were convivial and professional without being the least bit instrusive  - I enjoyed the experience! After the installation, David explained it to me in detail, and left a radon kit so that my buyers could check the new levels. Not suprisingly, my buyers are more than happy with the results. If you need to have this job done, call David. You won't regret it!

"The range of prices I found for air duct cleaning service was enormous it seemed. I called a few providers I found on Angie's List, got some rather high prices, and also left some messages. Scott was the only one to call me back of the ones I left a message with, already a plus in my book. He was also available to come out within the next few days and not the following week like some of the other companies. His price seemed very reasonable and I liked that it wasn't dependent on exactly how many vents we had.
When he came to the house he was professional and personable and then got right to work. He took precautions to keep our floors clean and was thorough. There were only two vents that he missed (we have a large house) but as soon as I mentioned them to him he jumped right on them even though he had begun to put some of his tools away. When I paid him, I mentioned one of the offers I had seen for Clean Air Pros online through Angie's List (I hadn't been able to remember it over the phone), and he didn't baulk at all to give me that price.
I was very pleased with Scott and his work. We moved into our ~25 year old house a year ago and we have been the sickest we've ever been over this past year. Since Scott's duct cleaning, I haven't had a single cold or sinus infection, illnesses I was having back to back and on into the summer.
