"The owner quickly diagnosed the problem with our old furnace, on Friday, and his workers quickly and efficiently installed the new furnace Monday morning. The workmanship was excellent, providing a much better installation than the original. They kept everything very clean, putting down tarps to cover all the carpeted areas (including the stairs), and vacuumed afterwards. Good communication skills. The owner gave us repair or replace options, checked that we understood the process and were satisfied with the results. We were very pleased with the whole experience."

"Brandon came out on a Sunday and looked over the job site for details needed to present an estimate. Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home.
