Upon review, by my previous contractor, the system could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. Faced with major cost replacement, I used Home Advisor, to select a professional that could provide an estimate for providing needed replacement. I could not be more pleased, Mr. Hunt provided a team with the knowledge (Matt and John) that displayed they had the ability to perform and the goal to complete this project to our mutual satisfaction. While it has only been two days, I am satisfied with the outcome and the quiet running of my Rheem Air unit.. Since Hunt is a 5 star rated company I am sure my rating will not mean that much. "We got a new unit from them, the system is really good but the office is bad. It is when you call them for the check up, it is a pain to make an appointment. They call and cancel and I have already taken the day off, or they just don't call or show up. They finally come out but that was after I called twice and talked to the office manager and them trying to cancel again. Even though I had a credit on my account I had to pay. Initially it was suppose to be preventative maintenance, but he refused to do both heating and AC and only did once, so another guy came out and did the other."

It took nearly 18 hours and three separate appointments to replace a single fuse under a warranty installed on November 4, 2025. The dispatch, scheduling, and supervisory staff were dismissive and unresponsive, demonstrating a complete lack of customer care. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have encountered. Additionally, the failure itself appears to stem from incomplete installation guidance, as I was not properly advised on potential system vulnerabilities (such as power surges). While I appreciate the technician?s work, the breakdown in communication and service at the management level makes it difficult to recommend this company."
