"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. "The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Darrow and Mirsky Heating and Air...I am giving their contact info to all of my friends and will be calling them again for anything heating AC related."

"Tony showed up early in the 2 hour window and assessed the problem. We determined that the unit did need to be replaced... it was 25 years old. Tony removed the old one, cleaned and prepared the area, then added the new code required straps and grounding. He installed the new unit a quality Bradford White model adding all new piping for water and gas. Overall, I am very happy with the price and service, especially, Tony."

"I had actually thought that I lost the $69 certificate for my Dryer Vent Cleaning, so I thought I was out the money. I found it the day before it expired. I called the off ice and the lady said that they would have still honored it, which was nice.  When the person got to my home (I can't remember his name) he was VERY polite did his work without asking for any extra "upgrades" and even helped in moving the washer too so we could mop the entire area. Then he moved bothe the washer & Dryer back and even lined them up, which the original installers couldn't do. I know they also do A/C vent cleaning, and I will call them when I need the work done. FANTASTIC SERVICE
