Craig arrived, removed the AC, and I started asking questions about mini split systems. He was here at least an hour explaining how they worked and my options. I have now ordered my new AC slash heatpump, to be installed. There was no pressure, just me asking questions and I loved what he had to say. Perfect gentleman."
