He removed the old hose and setup and replaced everything with all-new parts. He drilled a new hole in the floor so that the hose would be lined up right. "Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"The project went very well. I had been thinking about adding built-ins to the spare room for years and had noticed this company's ads. I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."
