".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"The installation went well,but afterwards I not getting any water pressure. I was calling the back out complaining, because I thought it was the water heater. The owner Chris came out and was relentless on finding the problem, which was not the water heater,but the water softener. I was not fair in the beginning , giving this company full consideration because,they were a referral and I had not heard of them, but I will not hesitate to use them again for plumbing need. "The project went very well. I had been thinking about adding built-ins to the spare room for years and had noticed this company's ads. I happened to be in Westfield one day and just walked into their showroom without an appointment. I was impressed by how quickly I was greeted and how helpful they were in answering questions. Jered came up with some preliminary designs and then, later, Bob came to my house to go over the design and make final adjustments. He was really helpful in scaling the cabinets to my small house and suggesting good choices for the doors, cabinet caps, and hardware. I ordered the cabinets on April 2 and they were installed on June 10. This schedule worked fine for me since I needed to have painting done and carpet removed before that date. The cabinetmakers who installed the cabinets, Enes and Nate, are skilled craftsmen and did a beautiful, meticulous job. The cabinet materials and construction are very high quality and well worth the price. I could have bought free-standing furniture for a similar price, but the built-ins (and the quality) are a real improvement to my house. I also liked using a local company. I can definitely recommend this company."
